Return Policy
Except for sales/customs clearance items, all items can be returned if they are unused and in their original unopened manufacturer packaging. Our products are used for food services, and due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept opened products unless there is an error or damage during transportation.
The product must be returned within 15 days after receiving the order. Please contact our customer service team or obtain return labels and instructions through our contact form. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will deduct these fees and record them in the original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process. We charge a restocking fee so that we can maintain a low price. For each returned item, handling the return will incur additional costs. We did not raise prices across the entire website to compensate for this cost, but instead charged a restocking fee for each returned item.  
Please note that we encourage customers to use our extensive product portfolio and order sample packs to try out the product before purchasing a complete box.
Damaged items/shipping errors
We only accept replacements for items that are damaged, incorrect, or incomplete compared to your original order.  
If your goods arrive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our customer service team through the following methods: or within 5 working days after receiving your order through our contact form. We need pictures of damaged items to show our suppliers or shipping carriers. If some or all of your goods are lost or damaged, and you do not contact us within 5 working days after the delivery date, we cannot guarantee any compensation for the damage or loss.
 
Other returns
Any item returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to ship, or multiple unsuccessful deliveries will be considered a standard return and will incur shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

Project availability
Occasionally, inventory may be temporarily out of stock. If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you to inform you of the extended delivery time and order status. To inquire about product availability, please contact our customer service team or use our contact form. All products are subject to availability and sold out.
